The designated person responsible for the data processing on the Facebook fan page on which the competition is held, together with Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland) is jointly responsible within the meaning of Art. 26 DSGVO. )

1.) Processing of your personal data as part of the competition

We process your personal data for the proper implementation and processing of the competition and in particular for sending the prize. In competitions that are carried out together with partner companies, we forward the relevant data to these partner companies so that the prize can be sent/redeemed.

To carry out the competition, the profile name and, if available, first and last name of the respective participant are collected and stored.
In order to send the prize, we also collect the surname and first name as well as the address from the winner(s) and pass this data on to a shipping company commissioned by us. Your data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this. Excluded is the already described transfer of data to partner companies that are also involved in organizing the competition.

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).


If we publish the first and last name of the winner(s) separately on our profile or our fan page or announce them externally, e.g. in our online shop, this will only be done if the winner(s) have given their express consent beforehand in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.


If participation in the competition is made dependent on your consent to receiving our newsletter, we will also collect your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter. This means that we will only send you e-mail newsletters if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to the collection and storage of your data for sending newsletters in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit . We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to click on a link to confirm that you wish to receive newsletters in the future. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter is used exclusively for advertising purposes by way of the newsletter. A disclosure to third parties does not occur. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a message to the person responsible mentioned above. 2.) Duration of storage

After the end of the competition, your personal data processed in the context of the competition will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the competition, unless you have given effective consent to further processing (e.g. with regard to sending the newsletter) and/or we have no legitimate interest in further storage.

Conditions of Participation
The competition is organized by Signorina Leyla UG; Owner Mehtap Horoz, Franz-Bork Str. 17; 30163 Hanover.
Any natural person residing in Germany & Austria who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate.
The competition starts on April 4th, 2021; The closing date for participation in the competition is April 19, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
Late participations cannot be considered. Participation in the sweepstakes is only permitted if the participant enters it personally. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or competition service providers) is not permitted.
In these cases and in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or manipulations, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned. Multiple comments from the same Facebook/Instagram user and/or person will count as one entry into the Sweepstakes.
A jury evaluates the comments received for authenticity and creativity and then selects, at its own discretion, the 5 winners of the first round, which then advance to the final.
In the final round, the winners will be presented on the official "Signorina Leyla UG" Instagram account for the final vote. The winner is the person with the most (and possibly the second most) votes. For this purpose, all "Facebook/Instagram names" of the participants are recorded and saved to determine the winner. Address data will later only be recorded by the winners and only used to send the prize. The participants are entitled to statutory information and revocation rights.

The winner(s) will receive 10 photos as high-resolution files. Travel costs to the location are borne by the winner himself.
The winners must report back within 48 hours after the announcement of the winner and provide their address for shipping the prize.
Winners will be notified by direct message on Facebook/Instagram following the Sweepstakes by replying through the official "Signorina Leyla UG" account to the original comment that entered the Sweepstakes.
In this message, the winners will be asked to provide their address for sending the prize to Signorina Leyla UG by direct message. In the event that a winner does not independently contact Signorina Leyla UG within 48 hours of the announcement of the winner, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will lose their right to have the prize sent to them. The announcement of the winners is without guarantee.
Signorina Leyla UG is entitled to transfer personal data to third parties in order to enable delivery of the prize. Only one prize is possible per participant, which cannot alternatively be paid out in cash. Prize claims are not transferable to other persons. Signorina Leyla UG is released from all obligations when the prize is handed over.
Signorina Leyla UG is only liable for legal and material defects in the event of intent or gross negligence.
Premature Termination of the Sweepstakes
Signorina Leyla UG reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice. Signorina Leyla UG makes use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination was caused by the behavior of a participant, Signorina Leyla UG can demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
Applicable Law; severability clause; exclusion of legal recourse; right to change
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Signorina Leyla UG are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Incomplete or ineffective provisions are to be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found that comes as close as possible economically to what corresponds to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. The legal process is excluded.
No participation by Facebook/Instagram in the competition
The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or controlled by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook or Instagram, but Signorina Leyla UG.
