How do I return my items?
Should you ever want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days after purchase without giving a reason and will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Important: We only accept the return of items that are unworn and in their original condition.
Where do I send my returns?
Please return the item, well packaged (preferably in the original packaging), to the following address:

How do I return my product?
Please enclose the original delivery note with your return. If you no longer have the delivery note, you can also enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively, simply write the following data on a piece of paper and then enclose it with your return:
- Full name
- Order number
- Brief description of the enclosed articles
- Reason for the return, so that we know whether you want an exchange, replacement or refund of the purchase price
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you a free return, so it is important that you provide sufficient postage for your postage.We also recommend that you keep the receipt of your shipment confirmation as proof in case package should be lost.
What happens after I send the item back?
We process your return and reimburse the purchase price via your original payment method.
Please note that we will not send you a confirmation of receipt when we receive your returned item. We will not contact you until the return has been processed.
