The beads of this bracelet are crafted of the semi-precious stone chalcedony, which is said to have healing effects. The chalcedony is also often referred to as "speakers stone" because it is said to have a positive effect on the throat and voice. Moreover, it is said to balance your soul, which is why it is often worn during difficult times.

This article was handcrafted in small factory in Jaipur, India. The designs are inspired by Indian symbols and shapes. Thereby we try to preserve the cultural heritage and promote craftsmanship.

How does shipping work?

Shipping in Germany is FREE 😊 and takes between 2 and 4 working days.


Shipping INSIDE the EU

  • Standard/Premium Shipping with DHL Package International: 9.90 EUR
  • FREE shipping for orders from 100 EURO 😊
  • Shipping time: 7 – 10 business days (*depending on country)

Shipping OUTSIDE the EU: We ship worldwide. If you need your order to be shipped outside Europe, please contact us via email at hello@signorina-leyla.com before placing an order.

Let us know the items you would like to have, the quantity and the delivery address to which you want us to send. We will then inform you about the shipping costs and delivery time, as well as additional costs that might occur.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which are then to be paid by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties, e.g. customs duties.

How does standard shipping work?

Standard shipping within Germany takes 2 - 4 working days (Sundays and public holidays excluded). .

If you order several items from us, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship all items in one delivery, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the shipment of goods applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time.
Tracking

If your order has been shipped with a traceable service, you'll find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date: Delivery time begins to run on the (working) day after the payment of your order has been issued to the transferring credit institution OR ( depending on the used payment method), on the day after the termination of the purchasing contract. 

How do I return my items?

Should you ever want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days after purchase without giving a reason and will receive a full refund of the purchase price.


Important: We only accept the return of items that are unworn and in their original condition.

Please return the item, well packaged (preferably in the original packaging), to the following address:

How do I return my product?
Please enclose the original delivery note with your return. If you no longer have the delivery note, you can also enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively, simply write the following data on a piece of paper and then enclose it with your return:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • Brief description of the enclosed articles
  • Reason for the return, so that we know whether you want an exchange, replacement or refund of the purchase price

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you a free return, so it is important that you provide sufficient postage for your postage.We also recommend that you keep the receipt of your shipment confirmation as proof in case package should be lost.
 

What happens after I send the item back?
We process your return and reimburse the purchase price via your original payment method.
Please note that we will not send you a confirmation of receipt when we receive your returned item. We will not contact you until the return has been processed.

Please give us 14 days to process the return. In case you still haven't heard back from us after 14 days, you can contact us at hello@signorina-leyla.com and ask about the processing status.
